Diet change

The first time I lost a lot of weight *at the age of 16, 12 years ago* I did it by following a STRICT atkins diet plan. So when I decided to start this journey again, it made all too much sense to me to again, follow the atkins route. After over a month of following then not following , then following then not...I decided Atkins is NOT for me. So starting now, i'm making a new diet plan. Not exactly sure what it would be called; but it will consist of eggs, meats, seafood, veggies, fruit and WATER WATER WATER. Hopefully this works for me, because it seems like the smartest one I could try. So cheers to a new route! :drinker:
Anyone else follow this kind of diet plan? If so, how has it worked for you? Any reccomendations?
