Who else eats clean??

I want to start out by saying that I love MFP!! It's a wonderful tracking tool and offers wonderful support.....Over the last 2 years or so I have come to focus more on losing weight healfully than just losing weight with quick fixes and crazy diets. I notice a lot of people who are still within or under their daily calorie goal are eating a lot of processed "non food" and hardly eating any real food with nutritional value. Don't get me wrong, I still love me some peanut butter pie or french fries, wine, etc. on occasion and I don't totally eliminate those other "foods" but I do aim for at least 80% clean eating on a daily basis. I think that is a very realistic balance for good health, and for me, a lasting way of life. I am looking for others who also aim to eat clean and have a balance, who would like to share their food journals. I would love to see more good food completed journal posts! Thanks!!
