Skip Meals When Naughty?

Just curious as to what everyone else does. When I'm naughty (e.g. eat chocolate or something) I sometimes skip a meal to make up for that. I know I could gain the calories back through exercise; which is what some of you will say, but I already do exercise as much as I feel able in a day.
Also if you are under calorie for that day by skipping the meal, can you still gain weight due to the type of food you ate (basically junk :P )?

If I go over my daily goal, I try to make it balance out for the week by being slightly under for a couple of days. I don't think your attitude is great, though; being "naughty" and then skipping a meal sounds like you're a bad child. Don't use guilt to get to your goals.0
