I'm a family law paralegal and have been for over 19 years. So I spend most of my day at a desk although I do get up and walk around as much as I can.

I teach second grade. It's sometimes a challenge to keep up with those kiddos!

I give you a lot of credit I love kids but I don't think I would ever be able to do that!

Awww, thanks. It's very challenging. 98% of my students are on free/reduced lunch. I wear many different hats and become a substitute mom for many kids. Makes it all worth it when they come back to visit once they've hit high school or have graduated and tell me how much they loved second grade!

I sit on my tushy all day processing disability claims for a supplemental insurance carrier. I work from home too - so I really have to make sure to get my work outs in.

IT Administrator for a Government Contractor in the Bay Area. I get to move around some and i'm very lucky that we have a really nice in-house gym that I can use for free. So I try to work in some time there each day of the week.

I work in a rehabilitation department as a certified occupational therapy assistant. I am on my feet most of the day and walk a lot. I don't log it into my exercise, because I haven't figured out how to really do it appropriately. I just think of it as a bonus. I still work out for at least 60 minutes 6xs/wk.

I'm a staff assistant at a police department. I need roller skates for these halls! They are very needy people. I've actually worn out a pair of sandals and a pair of pants in the past year.

I work in an office where I am on the go more than sitting. I don't count that time as burning calories because that a normal life for me before I started MFP. I did not loose weight then, how could I loose it now.

I work for a company that produces dsserts for restaurant and foodservice use. I sit at this desk all day. I have to taste and rate desserts, take pictures and write descriptions of them. "Yeah" and "Boo" all at the same time.

Litigation paralegal...at my desk most days too, unless it's trial day/week....then, I do get to add more "activity" to my exercise log for the day. But, then again...those days are few and far between.....so, yea....sedentary.

I did some confined space work at a WWTP--I think they're actually pretty neat! It's an interesting process.
