A few good online friends needed

I am not so great at achieving personal goals in my life.
I started this year, 2012, with the goal of being back at 130lbs by my 30th bday, which is November 10th. I am 5'3", female and decently active.
Well it is now july, and I have made no real progress.
Time to change that.
I was on here a little while ago, and found that the friends that I did add didn't really offer too much support, or accountability. So, they have all been deleted and I am starting from scratch.
My plan:
I know it is 120% controversial, but I am joining herbal magic. I know there is nothing magical about it. I know it is all about me and what I put into it. I have done it before with great success, but unfortunately have gained the weight back. This time I know that once i reach my goal wait, I can not just go back to eating whatever the heck I feel like (as i do now). This has to be a lifestyle change forever... if i want that forever drop dead fit body! I do not know exactly how to go from a some what restrictive diet to eating "normally" for me... but that will come with time.
Log my food so I can see what I am eating on program and have that as future reference when I am not on the program any longer.
Exercise 5x a week. Can be whatever I like, but minimum 45 minutes.
Stretching (does not count towards my exercise minutes) every day. Cause, Cara, you know your low back and hamstrings are just too gosh darn tight for your own good.
Write about my experiences, at least once a week on a bog (maybe on here even). I think that this may be helpful in reflection and motivation.
Have some water if you are craving something sweet or maybe fruit, and learn to reward yourself with non-food related items!
Ask questions to learn more things or to get help, DO NOT suffer in silence!!
Support those friends that you make in the way that you want to be supported too!
