Hey I'm Jess!
I'm nearly 21 and I'm a Criminology student :)
I'm from England and have decided I need to lose weight !
If anyone wants to add me please feel free , I can talk for England and I'm good at listening to people :)
So yeah , what sort of exercise do you all do ?
I'm currently swimming a mile a day which takes me about an hour , but I've read that swimming is really good for you , and then that it isnt good for you , has anyone else heard that ? Lost a lot of weight by swimming ?
I've decided to join the gym too but I find it more scary then going swimming lol.
