Hi :) My name is Pat and I am new to mfp. I used to use livestrong.com, but this site is much more user friendly. I am looking to lose 140 pounds. I need to lose the weight because I have fibromyalgia and joint issues that, while not related to my weight, will be eased with exercise.

I joined the Y and started water aerobics 2x a week and water pilates 2x a week. I hope to lose 2 lbs a week until I reach my goal. I am looking for people to join me on this journey so we can support and encourage each other. Send me a friend request if you'd like :)
