where do I start and is there a basic workout somewhere on the internet?
I'm currently doing a weights workout and using mostly 5lb and 4lb weights (bicep curl/squats etc) but think I'd like to give heavy lifting a go after reading a bit about it on here. No idea where or how to start!

I'd reccommend reading the NROL4W as said above.
And maybe look into a 5x5 program0 -
