Yay!! I am still SO far from my goal but I'm getting there.
Day 1....Day 21...Day 36

I did the slim n 6 series, started at 226 and ended at a mere 223 so only a 3lb loss but some serious inches!!!

    Thank everyone. I hate my belly it looks disgusting (still) but it's getting there!!

    Slim n 6 is a 3 dvd series from beach body. Great for toning :) look it up!!!

    Eventhough you're blocking it, you can see the difference in your face too. I can see the dent getting ironed out, but, there are other areas that are showing all your hard work too! You're on the right track! I can't wait to see the results in the next few months!
