Great way to look at it! In the last 5 weeks I've lost just over a Bald Eagle. I think I have a cinder block to go.

I've lost a midsize microwave so far. The funniest thing about that is that I don't even OWN one.

My next big goal is to lose an Elephant Penis.

My dream goal would be to lose The World's Largest Ball of Tape.

My ridiculous dream goal would be to weigh 144 - or an Average Adult Woman - especially since I AM 5'4& 3/4". However, I lift weights and would rather be strong than skinny.

I printed out this list, stapled it to a wall by my desk as motivation, crossed all all the things I've lost (an average 2 year old may be the funniest) and all the things that would be ridiculous like losing the Arnold, or the OED.

    Here's to being healthier.

A missing fashion model is the last thing to lament. A healthier YOU is what's important. Take it one day at a time!
