Having a moment...

So...I was sitting at my desk frustrated. I weighed myself this morning and after two weeks of no progress, I've gained a freaking pound!! So disgusted. I really wanted a club sandwich, with seasoned fries, and a Pepsi for lunch and that red velvet cupcake that's been taunting me from the window of au bon pain all week. But my supervisor says to me, "Remember, nothing tastes as good as skinny feels." Problem is, I've been overweight so long, I have no freaking idea how skinny feels. I took a walk. I ate watermelon and a salad. But I am am still frustrated. *insert scream here*

  • Everyone one hits a point where we dont loose the same thing happend to me and I gained a lb also :( Don't beat your self up continue the hard work that you have been doing and you will see results. Just remeber how many calories the sandwich and cake and soda has not worth it !! Keep going you can do it !! :):flowerforyou:

    Believe me, I understand you plight. I plateaued for 3 MONTHS! I HATED looking at the scale every morning and seeing 200 over and over and over again. That doesn't mean that your efforts are wasted or you aren't getting anything out of your hard work, it just means your body has adjusted to what you are doing as the new normal. Confuse your body and muscles and change up your routine, eat different foods and it will start to fall off again! Good luck in your journey. P.S. No emotional eating!
