Just starting. I'm keeping a food and exercise journal. Hope this helps. Need to lose about 20 - 30 lbs. Inspiration and motivated needed.:smile::smile:

    I do love this website already and I just started this morning. The food journal is so easy to use. I love that it calculates my food intake and tells me how much I can eat the rest of the day.
