Fall Weddings 2012

Hi All!

I am getting married the second week of October this year and I can't believe it's less than three months away! My first dress fitting is August 11 and I'm really going to try and hit 130 (2 lbs away from goal) by then so I don't have to do anything drastic for the second fitting.

Are you switching up your routine at all? Your diet? I am limiting alcohol to two drinks a week and having dessert very sparingly (like 1x a week in a very small portion) I've also been trying to eat super clean in order to lean out.

As for workout I am rotating the following:

-30 Day Shred
-Six Week Six Pack
-Running 2-4 miles three times a week (more if I can!)

I know that my dress is going to be big already (ordered a size that would be big on my bust and waist but fit my hips) and I've lost about 8 lbs since I tried it on and was measured. I don't want to wither away but I want my arms to look great and i want to look and feel strong on our 'big day'!

Any other Fall 2012 birdes out there? How are you feeling and what are you working on before the fall?Anyone with some post wedding advice? :smile:

  • I am getting married Oct 20!!!! I have to lose around 10 lbs before then! I'm kinda freaking out. I know it will take some hard work, but I know I can do it! I am currently doing zumba twice a week, strength training, and cardio! I aim to workout 5 days a week. I don't struggle with working out, I have a hard time with the food I eat. I eat healthy for the most part, but I am around food/ sweets everyday. I love food especially sweets. So its hard to say no. I need to stop if I wanna lose weight!!!
