My chicken/turkey wrap...Delish!
I actually used turkey breat which is leaner.
1 turkey breast
Half a small onion, sliced thinly
Some red and yellow bell pepper sliced thinly
piri piri sauce (Im sure and spicy marinade or hot sauce would do but piri piri is lovely!)
olive oil - is good for you!!
some grated chedar...a handful
cherry tomatoes.
A tortilla wrap
Cut up the meat and marinate in some sauce. Piri piri is only 4 calories per 5g!!
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the meat and veg till the veg is soft and the meat has a crispy spicy coating.
On the tortilla wrap put the cheese and sliced tomato.
When the meat and veg are cooked put on top of the cheese and tomatoes.
Add a little more sauce if you like. Wrap up the tortilla wrap and place under the grill. Turn until all sides are lightly browned.
Cut in half and serve!!
Its all crisy on the outside and gooey and full of flavour on the outside!
Mine came to 500 cals but I used extra sauce and cheese and a breast and a half of meat cus I didnt eat much today.
I also used full fat cheddar but im sure low fat cheese would be fine.
Id say you could easily do it for 400cals if you use turkey too.
It doesnt taste like diet food and is really filling!
I should have taken a pic, but I ate it all first!
