resistance bands logging??

I can't seem to find how to log my resistance bands. I have searched under strength training and nothing so what do I do? TIA

    You could add a new exercise (follow the link at the bottom of the page) or log your workout as you would with weights. The bands I'm using are weight-rated, so I log triceps extensions with the band same as I would with a dumbbell or plate. I've just had rotator cuff repair surgery, so I'm only "allowed" to use resistance bands in light weights at low reps. My PT tells me this counts as strength training and to include it in my daily log. There's no calorie-burn value associated with the strength training, so whatever work you're doing is all bonus over cardio. Or, at least that's how I"m looking at it!
