Meeting with Registered Dietician

I met with a registered dietician today because I lose weight so slowly and can't figure out why. I have done a lot of different diet modification with no success (this has been going on for over 3 years).

I took my MFP printout of three months worth of food diary and she said that I eat amazingly well - better than just about everyone she sees. She said that the only thing wrong with my diet is that I don't eat enough.

She said that I should eat about 1600 calories a day on days I don't run, and on my running days, up it to 1800 calories!!!

She also said that she really likes MFP because of the great record keeping and database it has, and that more and more people are coming in with printouts.
