I was just curious regarding losing that extra inch!
I have currently lost 80lb and I was 206lb and now 126 at 5ft 8... I do not want to lose anymore weight however I have about half an inch / a inch to lose to button up my holiday shorts and lose about half an inch from my back.
I do cycling off and on, boxing 20 mins most days and 20 - 30 mins with the biggest loser dvd... Planks, butt kicks, mountain climbs etc... I burn around 210cals every half a hour and when cycling around 360 ( for half hour )
I drink about 6-8 pints of water daily and just unsure what else to do..
I don't go on my cruise until December but I see my neurologist in 7 weeks and would like to see a difference by then?
