    Thats awesome...congrats to you for the weight loss! I have a similar story, but I don't have alot of weight to lose. My mom died at 41 of a heart attack, same reasons and I was only 8 at the time. I am now 43 and I started trying to live more healthy since I am around the age she was when she died. I can't imagine leaving my kids without me....its not a life I want them to have....so I am trying so hard to stay healthy.
