Heart Rate Watch

I just purchased Polar HeartRate Watch F4 at Walmart website and I picked up my package on my way home from jogging. I am really curious how it's gonna work. I'll check this out for my evening workout. :laugh: I can't wait and see!

Is anybody using this gadget?

    I'm using the F6, which is the same as the F4, but the transmitter strap is soft, and you can remove the battery yourself, I believe. I love it! You just follow the instructions in the guide for putting in your stats, and you are on your way. It is soooo cool to see how hard, or not you are working! Good luck with it!

    i recently bought the F6 as well and i'm already an addict!! i've worn it to the gym and even on a long bike ride. one day i wore it for 24 hours to see if my daily expediture was what MFP estimated it to be...and it was! its great to see the true calories burned!
