I've getting to the last 10 and it is getting hard for anything to come off! What is good for getting things to move at a quicker pace towards the finish line?!

This is where it gets trickier and trickier. I would suggest recalculating your BMR and TDEE at Sedimentary (if you have a desk job. dont include exercise in the TDEE).
Try to eat dead smack in the middle of BMR and TDEE. Use exercise to increase the calorie deficit. Once its the last 5 pounds, adjust the numbers again.
Once you reach your goal, find that TDEE and eat that plus your exercise calories (just because you are at your goal doesnt mean exercise has to end!).0
