I have been writing since I was 10. Started working on novels about 7 years ago, have 5 50k novels written and in rewrite mode, and have 5 novels that I am working on simultaneously right now, depending on what mood I am in.

I recently (finally) started working on my first novel. It's definitely more than I bargained for, but it's damn exciting to be hammering out character profiles and watching the story take on a life of it's own.

I wish! I have at least an idea and hopefully one day in the future I will write some horror trilogy or something like that. My son has a bad type of Muscular Dystrophy so I also want to write a book based on that and what it's like as a parent to watch your child go through this.

Hi nice to meet you. I'm still at work on a novel I've been working on for 17 years now. Middle Earth wasn't built in a day so why should I rush? I've been writing since I was 9. I discovered J.R.R. Tolkien "The Hobbit'. While reading I decided this was what I wanted to do. I've been doing this since.

Yep - I write inspirational vignettes mostly. I've been published several times in the Cup of Comfort series (think Chicken Soup series). I gave up writing to open my own business with my husband but have begun to realize how much I miss it. I'm thinking of getting back into it. Add me if you like.
  • I'm working on a collection of metafictional short stories for a senior thesis project, and it is SO hard! I hope I get some good inspiration soon! At least I have until May to write it! :)

  • You don't even know how wonderful and odd it was to log in and see this topic. I have been writing since my early teens but have never had much confidence in my writing, even though many friends and family members believe I have what it takes to be published. Yesterday this idea came to me for a fictional coming of age type story and I have just been starting the research for the best way to have it published or get it out there, as I have zero money to invest (I need to make, not spend $!!) anyway, thanks all you who gave out the free sites and any of you please add me! =)
  • I blog as well!

My novel, Daemon's Door, is available from Amazon in both traditional and Kindle format. It's epic fantasy with a couple of twists. Romance, redemption, revenge, dragons, a daemon, and a Door.

I do some freelance writing/editing and would love to be able to turn it into a full-time career.

I have had a handful of articles published in magazines throughout the years and have had my byline in several newspapers.

I am currently the co-owner/managing editor/lead writer of a sports website and am a contributor to another. I also edit, but do not write, articles for a couple of other blogs.

I am working on two books of my own. One is a suspense thriller and the other is a semi-autobiographical, coming-of-age novel. I am also supposed to ghostwrite a memoir. I am hoping that comes through because it would be a nice bit of extra income.

Feel free to friend me. I would love to connect with others who share this passion.

I will be publishing my book "Admissions of Guilt" on Amazon.com for Kindle at the end of August. It will be in the romance genre. I just got it back from the editor. I was so pleased that she loved it. After I make the changes she suggested and edit the grammatical changes, it will be ready for publishing. So excited!
