Planning Food and Forgetting to Eat It

If you are the type that plans out the food they are going to eat throughout the day. There's a good chance you've probably forgotten to eat something before. For some people I think this is a great thing, others maybe not.
Personally, I have a hard time moving it into another area because I have a rule not to eat over 5-600 calories in specific time periods of 3 to 4 hours. However, I did a test run at bulking for a month a while back. When it comes time for me to finally get into real bulking and cutting cycles, I think that forgetting to eat something is going to be great! I'll be able to eat it whenever I want to really!
How do you guys feel when you forget to eat something and what do you do about it?

I take it out if I didn't actually eat it. I workout at night, so I do my "balancing" at night to make sure my log is fairly accurate.0
