New to MFP

I'm new as well. I was doing so well all week--even being congratulated by MFP for logging in every day. I kicked *kitten* on cardio this week with 60-90 minutes of a hard workout almost every day.
But today, I completely lost it. Yes, there was a great bike ride, and the eating was moderate. But around 5 I lost it. A cold IPA and then 2 glasses of delicious Malbec with dinner. Sliders. 2 of them. There WAS lettuce and tomatoes on those things! They're healthy, right??
And of course someone was making cookies in the kitchen, so I had to make sure the dough was safe.2 spoonfuls--yep, it's safe. Go ahead and bake the cookies...
Anyway, tomorrow's another day. Get back on track!0
