Hello everybody! My name is Marie-Pierre and I'm 19 yrs old. I am french and I live in Quebec, CA. I've been into health, nutrition and fitness for a couple years now and I'm in the best shape of my life (so far) but not quite where I aspire to be. I want to become a Personnal Trainer and, maybe one day compete as a Fitness Model.
** To have something you never had, you have to do something you never did!! **
So here am I, trying to get my diet 100% under control. I've experienced the health problems of a not so eating healthy diet, I've been through the dieting already, even the starvation (at the beginning before I started to gather information). Today, I know that nothing can make me feel as good as a proper nutrition. I also know that in order for me to put on the muscle mass necessary to compete into competitions, I need to feed the right materials (good calories, enough protein, carbs & good fats) to build up. I've designed a couple diet programs myself, but would like to keep track of my daily habits. I hope to become more aware of the quality and quantity of foods that I'm having.
I found MyFitnessPal not long ago, and I love it already. I know it's gonna be a great tool to help me get right where I want. I would like to find motivating and sincere people to add me and show me how it's done! ;P Don't be shy, I'd love to share with you. (:
