Can anyone turn me on to a good yoga site that's free? Or any yoga poses?

    yogajournal.com they also have a youtube site where they show you how to do different poses.

    Check out the yoga videos by Mark Gonzales. He produces some of the best yoga videos I’ve seen out there. High quality, excellent flow, great instruction and he creates such a great workout experience. His 30-min versions are free, but you have the option to buy the longer versions. Check them out...
