could u loose weight without excersising?

im really bad about exersising im ver busy copuld i still loose weight if i stick to my diet

    if you 100% stick to your diet and calories, then yes you can loose weight without exercising. However exercising will speed up the process and make you feel a lot better.

    Losing weight is much more about controlling your eating habits than exercise. The answer is 100% emphatically yes. Exercise has tons and tons of benefits, but do not let your lack of desire to work out get in the way of losing weight. Change your diet right now, and decide later if you want to add exercise to the mix. Totally optional.
