hay all i just needed to toot my own horn. i was gone on a scrapbooking weekend where all meals were included.:noway: and it still turned out to be a great weekend. we stopped at applebees on the way down and i had eaten light all day so i had the santafe chicken salad.:blushing: after we got there and got set up at 9:00 they brought out dominos pizza, i pulled an orange out of my purse
after we went back to our room the girls pulled out funyuns, chex mix, caramel corn, and trail mix, i pulled out mini rice cakes.
for breakfast the next day they had huge bagels, donuts, fruit, and cereal. i had mini wheats, skim milk and a plate full of fruit.
for lunch they had cream of broccoli and minestrone, i had minestrone. they also had a build your own sandwhich bar. i used 1 piece of rye bread, turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a little mayo. for desert they had chocolate chip cookies i had a banana. this was a great weekend for me. i was disiplined but didnt feel deprived. im glad i now know that i can do it. thanks to all of you

Wow you did awesome. That is so difficult to do and you did it. You toot your horn that is a great accomplishment.
Keep it up.:happy:0 -
Wow! Sounds like a fun weekend and you got through it like a pro!
I'm a scrapbooker, too, but I've never been on a scrapbooking weekend like that.
Maybe I'll reward myself when I lose all the weight...
Congratulations to you!0 -
WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!
I try to think of it this way, I'm going to enjoy the ACTIVITY--not to eat the food, so focus on the activity and enjoy that. Too many of us use food related activities to celebrate accomplishments.0
