As you lose weight your BMR drops, you use less energy to live for the day. Exercise soon puts those extra calories back into the pot.
From someone who is 4 walks down this week due to work pressures.0 -
Tbh Im not worried. I don't often meet the calories required and i walk a fair amount and i have just joined a gym so know bout gaining calories back.
Just seems to constantly be coming down every few days or so and wondered why.

If you want to eat more you can change your goal from 1 lb/week to a half pound (if that is, indeed, where it's set)... as you get closer to goal those larger fat losses become harder to achieve.0

Cheers for that too.but I'm not really specifically aiming for the actual goal. My aim is to just eat healthily, exercise and let the weight come off at its own rate.0
