Supporting the ladies

Ok ladies...(and gents if you have an answer) I need help!!! I need a good, supporting sports bra....that doesn't turn my chest into a flat tire!! I'd like to be able to have support, AND lift....any ideas????? I REALLY want to work out more but the girls are killing me!

    the ones I have now are from Victoria secret..they hold well for me without squishing everything down, I am a 38c
