Do I have my settings right?

Okay so I've read and read and I've got the whole BMR/TDEE thing down. I'm just not sure if I have my settings right because I'm not sure where I fall as far as activity level. Right now it is set at "Sedentary" for 1530 calories allowed each day as per MFP(BMR of 1705 though). Sedentary is 2050 TDEE (20% deficit is 1640 though).

I've been taking my pedometer to work for the past two weeks and seem to walk a minimum of 9 miles for a 1000ish calorie burn. PLUS I exercise daily about 500 calories at home after work. So I'm concerned that my lifestyle might be "Light Exercise" (2349 TDEE, 20% deficit would be 1879) or "Moderate Exercise"(2648 TDEE, 20% deficit would be 2118) in reality.

I was eating at 1705 my first week and lost 3lbs, though it was hard because I feel so full and several days last week and this one I was under calories. My 2nd tracking day is tomorrow morning and I snuck on the scale last night (though I told myself I'd only weigh on tracking days) and there doesn't seem there will be any loss this week. I'm perfectly happy to go slow and steady, I just want to get this right and be on the right path to weight loss and getting healthy. So any opinions/help to what my correct setting should be would be super awesome.

If you do a lot of walking at work set your lifestyle at lightly active. I put mine at that and I tend to walk about 3.5 plus hours each day I am at work.

Eating below BMR will lead to less fat burn, more muscle burn, which isn't probably what you want in the long run! Try your hardest to hit at least the 1700 calorie mark, especially since you said you were losing at that rate.
