HRM advice again

Options
Hi All,

Apologies, as I know there are 8 million existing topics (which I have searched) on advice for buying an HRM. I'm looking for one with the following features:

- I wear it all day so that I can track what I'm burning just by walking to work, climbing the stairs in this building, etc. So it can't look weird with my work clothes. :)
- I also wear it when I exercise to track calories burned, but really don't care about heart rate.
- If it connected with a website, that would be cool.
- I would like it to be inexpensive, but willing to pay for what I want.

Thank you so much for your advice on this!! :flowerforyou:

I just, I mean JUST looked into this! Sounds like the polar ft4 is the way to go. Amazon $64.50 much better than the $90 other places! +free shipping! Hope this helps, I'm ordering mine soon!

You don't want an HRM. you want a fitbit or body bug type device.

Was about to suggest the fitbit too, since it connects to this website :)

    Ditto these two.

HRM's are not meant to be worn all day...They are for exercise only.

That being said BMF and Fitbits are not HRM's, and may or may not be accurate for exercise.

So you may need to buy both a fitbit and an HRM.
