High Protein Wrap

hey all i added a homemade wholemeal high protein wrap to the food data base, you should make it its a good snack.

chicken breast shaved x 3 , avocado and cottage cheese and then a sprinkle of light cheese, wrap tight and put in the toaster oven, its around 100 calories and - 20.66 grams carbs, 37.84 grams protein 14.34 fat, so good on a weight training day or for afternoon snack, about 20cm long..

its all protein so your muscles will love u :D
