...who freaks out over being up 4 pounds after a couple days of crappy eating. Seriously, I'm so not. Wait, yes...I totally am.

Guess who will be downing about a gazillion litres of water today AND working out AND eating super, super healthy today?

Argh. I have a feeling that you will drop that just as fast, Brenda. When it comes on that fast, it's usually mostly water. Is your TOM due?

Don't feel bad I was up five from the truckload of fiber (including BEANS!). Beans are not my friend. That is why I said I wasn't going to weight until next month. I starting to become a bad influence on myself.

This is the first time this has happened since I started in June, but I'm always saying- weigh no more than once a week, and it had only been a few days, but I was at Wal-Mart, and the scales were there...so, ya know we can't resist a set of scales.

It's weird, this probably would have meant a pig-out session back in the day, and now it means a day of extra healthy eating. Love that.

Don't you normally weigh at home in the mornings, au natural etc?

Your at walmart, during the day, you had clothes on and your on a totally different scale?
That can easily be variation of 4 lbs.
But if it's a motivation factor, then it's all good.:flowerforyou:

I admit, I've weighed myself morning, night, during the day, just to check out various weigh ins. I see a range of 5lbs.

Oddly, I've started doing all of my weigh-ins at Wal-Mart on the same set of scales. I check in at my doc's office whenever I get the chance, but that's sometimes up to a month at a time, and I couldn't possibly go that long without weighing myself. I don't keep scales at home because I'm obsessive.
