I ate chocolate last week and went up 4 pounds overnight. My stomach was distended and up by 2 inches!! Now ThAT freaked me out!!
The worst part was the brownies sucked

Don't feel bad I was up five from the truckload of fiber (including BEANS!). Beans are not my friend. That is why I said I wasn't going to weight until next month. I starting to become a bad influence on myself.:laugh:0

This is the first time this has happened since I started in June, but I'm always saying- weigh no more than once a week, and it had only been a few days, but I was at Wal-Mart, and the scales were there...so, ya know we can't resist a set of scales.
It's weird, this probably would have meant a pig-out session back in the day, and now it means a day of extra healthy eating. Love that.0 -

Your at walmart, during the day, you had clothes on and your on a totally different scale?
That can easily be variation of 4 lbs.
But if it's a motivation factor, then it's all good.:flowerforyou: :happy:
I admit, I've weighed myself morning, night, during the day, just to check out various weigh ins. I see a range of 5lbs.0 -

Oddly, I've started doing all of my weigh-ins at Wal-Mart on the same set of scales. I check in at my doc's office whenever I get the chance, but that's sometimes up to a month at a time, and I couldn't possibly go that long without weighing myself. I don't keep scales at home because I'm obsessive.0
