Hello, MFP!

Hello, everyone!

I'm new to MFP this week. In the last 18 months, I've lost 50 pounds through regular exercise and healthier food choices. I've also recently quit smoking (much, much, MUCH harder for me than getting to the gym or eating more veggies!). I joined MFP because I'm looking to lose the last 16-20 or so pounds... and it's really hard!

I'm also 29 years old and I live in Boston with my wonderful boyfriend. I work in research/higher ed, love to cook, and workout 5-6 days a week.

Still exploring MFP, but definitely looking for friends! Looking forward to getting to know more people on here! :smile:
