P90X Phase 2 - What are you eating?

Eating healthy can be so hard! I'm on Phase 2 of P90X... eating 1950 calories a day. I'm trying to make my meals a bit bigger and eat less snacks. It's turning into 4 meals and two snacks.
I drink a protein shake every day and sometimes a protein bar. IDK, I get so nervous tasting all the chocolate to be honest. When you diet it's like instilled that chocolate=dessert. dessert=not so good. I actually compared my chocolate peanut butter protein bar to a turtle chocolate bar and the differences were crazy.
But yes, I'm grocery shopping tomorrow, so what are y'all eating to kick up the calories and still stay healthy?

I'm a big fan of Greek yogurt. It has almost double the protein of regular yogurt. I get Trader Joe's Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt and mix in a scoop or two of protein powder. Yummy. You could also use it as a substitute for sour cream.
I also found MaraNatha Dark Chocolate Almond Spread. I spread 1 tbsp on apple slices. So good!0 -

I tried a blueberry Greek yogurt and was able to eat it... unfortunately all other kinds I've tried just haven't sat right. I think it's an aquired taste.
I hear so much about almond spreads and never check them out. Def. will. Thanks!0 -
I love almond butter - never use peanut butter. One of my favorite snacks is a whole wheat English muffin with almond butter.0
