Good Morning All!
So I think it's about that time for me to start lifting weights. I have some experience in it, but I feel like I need a regimented plan. So please tell me your routines and if you have pictures of before and after lifting that would be great as well!
Thanks all

New rules of lifting for Women (a book) is a good start for newbies.
Strong Lift 5X5 (stronglifts.com) is simple and easy to follow. However, if you completely new to lifting, I suggest consulting a trainer on proper techniques.
