Introducing myself :-)

Hi Guys

Just thought id introduce myself as im new here, let you know about my goals and hopefully inspire someone along the lines!
So..my name is Jordon im 18, I have been training for about 3 years now, I have ran many half marathons over the last few years such a great feeling, however my goals have changed and have been very conflicting with my running. Anyway my current goals are to put on about 0.5lb of muscle whilst keeping my body fat as low as possible! I have been doing this for about months now & I have decided now is the time to take this a little more serious! So I have not put together a strict diet consisting of high protein ^& low fat foods.
