    Thank you ladies! I actually hear that a lot- even when I was heavier. I'm thankful I carry the weight like I do- but still want to get it off and be healthy (which I'm sure you all understand) ! :smile:

    You know what's funny is I have not felt like i've made much progress ...I feel the clothes getting bigger and I notice that i'm less winded walking upstairs; but until I looked at the difference in these two pictures- I didn't SEE the change!
