Help! Craving Taco Bell or Pizza

I don't know what is going on.... but I havent been that hungry today but all of a sudden at 8:30 I am wanting cheesy junk food and it is all I can do to not hop in the car and I'm sick... hoping in the car is more burdensom.

I know I'm probably just missing my bf and feeling insecure about it and therefore might just be craving comfort but??? why cheesy?

How do I fix this???:frown:

    Melt a piece of cheese on top of a slice of tomato pepper to taste. Slap a slice of ham on top too.
  • think of how you'll feel after. not good. brush your teeth or chew on some minty gum.

    You don't need a tomato or gum, you need...cheese...on a toast maybe? If you don't have cheese, make yourself a snack. If you're sick you need the extra nourishment anyway, not junk food. I had pizza a couple of days ago, and I've felt like crap since. That's how it is when your body's used to being fed healthy, nourishing food instead of globs and globs of grease and nastiness.
