Is there a food on a list I can select for Raw or Steamed Colliflower? That is what I ate but there is no listing for it. There are frozen brands eg.Birds eye.

    cauliflower it may be the spelling. Frozen is the same thing because how you cook it is up to you. Whatever you add to it you will have to look up as well. Hope it helped
