High Carb Ideas

I am following a program that cycles calories and macronutrients. I am currently starting the keto phase for the next week or so, but after that is complete I do a high carb day. Anyone have any ideas for high carb foods that are not processed? Like no pasta or bread.

So far I am thinking like greek yogurt with fruit, but that will get me like 21g. And steel cut oats, 1/2 cup will be 29g. But I'll need 220g for the whole day.

Also, criticism of my dietary choice is not necessary. Would only like advise for what I've asked. Thanks.

    Bananas, mangoes, most dried fruits, potatoes, peas, corn, etc.

    Sweet potatoes, wild rice, pumpkin (if you can buy it in July). You could blitz loads of veg, water and bouillon and make soups for variety.
