help me bmr tdee

ok i am at 346 lb . i was at 375 about 3 months ago . so i am losing . but i start reading about my bmr being at 2800 calories and that i am to eat my bmr number in calories a day . so i dont get sick or go into starvation mode . i work out 5 days a week . walk 2 miles at work a day at lunch then stationary bike 20 min , elliptical 20 min treadmill 20 min . then i hit the weights . but i stay at 1200 to 1600 calories a day . am i ok
