Still feel hungry, (as in starved, LOL!!)stays with me. I had a thin slice, multigrain roll, 1 tbsp avocado and poached, large egg. It was way delicious and I used some spray "can't believe it's not butter" and a little of my non-salt seasoning.

I still am feeling empty though and first thing this a.m. I had 2 glasses of water. I am wondering about the coffee I drink effecting me negatively as far as possibly, making me more hungry or just the change in amount of food.

I usually have eatin a full, big breakfast (either eggs, toast and bacon or oatmeal/nuts/ and soymilk.)

Feedback welcome on what you guys think or maybe need to just eat more. I want to spread out my macros over the day so I need to plan a day menu I think rather than as I go.

I have an omelette in the morning and you could use a healthy filling inside. I use cottage cheese, but you could also use veggies. With the omelette, I pair it up with a fruit..tomatoes, mangos, etc.

I am ALWAYS hungry, but that is just me. I have to eat every 3 hours cause I had sugar crashes all the time. Since dieting, I have been feeling so much better. I'm just ALWAYS craving food. :)
  • the best thing that I find is planning my meals in the morning that way I know where I am calorie wise and I know where I can/can't eat more.

Egg white omlettes w/ veggies = lots of protein and fiber.. fills me up. Then in 2-2.5hrs I'm ready to eat again. I eat that often. Remember to count that hungry feeling as a blessing- metabolism is working. I also drink 4 glasses of water within the first 3hrs of rising. :D

    You're doing great!!
