Dinner help

I'm thawing 2lbs of lean ground turkey meat with no clue how to cook it. We've recently had turkey burgers and pan fried turkey with mac n cheese. Hubby has cooked a turkey loaf before that was pretty good, just not sure I've got the cooking skill to do it Lol. Anyone have some good recipes that's easy enough for a novice cook?

Brown the ground turkey and add chili pepper, onion, cumin, and salt and pepper to taste
Add a can of rotel
Add a can of kidney beans or any other beans you would like
add water if you want it thinner

You have low calories turkey chili...mmmm so good
I also put a dab of greek yogurt and some low fat/no fat cheeder cheese on top.

Turkey meatballs - tons of recipes out there. I'm at work, so I don't have mine handy, but this one is similar to what I usually do:

Turkey Tacos
1 lb ground turkey
1 pkg of taco seasoning (follow directions on here)
1 tbs of cilantro

I usually use small burrito size tortillas (because my husband and I like soft tacos, not crunchy) and fill them with the meat, a little cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato, corn and a dab of sour cream.

Thanks for the replies, the chili sounds good but it's in the high 90s here Lol. Might try the turkey tacos. Thanks guys.
