Looking for Crossfit friends

I started at my crossfit gym about 3-4 months ago, and I have found that it is something that really works for me. I have been going 2x/week, bumping up to 3x/week starting this week. I do not follow the paleo diet, as I am a vegetarian, but I understand and appreciate the philosophy behind it. I never quite know how to log my crossfit workouts in exercise, so I usuallly just keep track of what I do in the exercise "notes" section. I have currently been stuck in a plateau for a month or so in regards to weight loss, but I feel like my body composition is changing, which is more important, I suppose.

Just hoping to find some similarly minded people to be supportive of and be supported by! Please let me know if you would like to be MFP friends. :smile:

    I've been doing Crossfit for over a year now. I fell in love with it and was hooked straight away! Although at the time I was doing weight watchers and kept putting on weight on the scales due to muscle, because of the weights we use, but I know I felt and looked better so I stopped weight watchers and focused on crossfit.
    I have been busy and haven't been training as much as I used to, but my plan is to start it back up again. I train 6 times a week, I don't eat paleo but I eat as healthy as possible.
    I would love to add you as my friend :)
