Hi,
I joined a few months back but haven't been consistent on the site. I now am trying to get on everyday. I follow my plan great during the day but by the end of the day I am tired and give into whatever I want. Any suggestions? This is my one curse. If I can correct it I think I will be ok. Thanks

I am home at the end of each day so I have a crazy way to make me to stay on track. I have a outfit I wore at 310lbs, we are talking about 30W pants and a 4x shirt, pinned to the door on my closet. When I want to cheat and be really bad I go look at that outfit. It puts me back on track really quick..0

I like to pre-plan and pre-LOG my food and exercise, then I am guilted in to doing it.
Plus, I try to have foods prepared or ready for easiness- when I can.0
