I'm self employed and do over 60% of my business for the year August 1-December 7. I'm doing really good with calorie tracking and working out right now (although I'm spending WAY to much time on here when I should be working) but I'm worried about the coming months. As it is I get up at 5am now to fit my life into my schedule (working out, kids, house, husband, business..) but when I know the time to make $$ is at hand everything else becomes much less important.
I know it's a long shot but if anyone else is in a similiar situation I'd love to hear how you cope! As much as I should put myself first the mortgage still needs to be paid and my 3 kids continue to want to eat
