Spinach and Tuna salad-under 230 calories

So today is my boyfriend's mother's birthday and tomorrow is my mother's birthday which means 2 dinners out 2 nights in a row. Today's will be worse cause of where we're going and the fact that afterwards they're having ice cream cake. And I probably didn't help myself by having a slice of cheesecake for breakfast but I was starving and couldn't wait til I got to work and got everything else started for everyone else....ugh.
So for lunch today I had a salad and I thought it looked pretty (and yummy!) so I decided to post it for all to see.


It’s very simple to make and great to stay within calories-

Tuna-80 calories
Craisins-100 calories
Baby Spinach (2cups)-25 calories
Kraft Free Zesty Italian dressing (2 tbsp)-30 calories
So my lunch was only 220 calories and tasted great!

You're welcome! to make it easier-I even used the tuna in the pouch, it said it had water but I didn't find much, just enough to keep it so it didn't dry out. I've used the pouch stuff before for sandwiches as well and it keeps it so I find I don't need to add mayo!
