The other day a co-worker came up to me, and said " wow you have lost a lot of weight" she asked me how much I had lost, and I told her 30 lbs.. she kept looking at me, and said "that's all"? She said I looked so much smaller. I was wearing a pair of my old jeans that use to be tight on me, but now they are way too loose. I need to get some new clothes! I was very pleased that she noticed:drinker:

    That's great! My mom noticed when I lost 5 lbs, but I couldn't see a difference. There wasn't really a change in measurements either. So it was a nice compliment, doesn't it feel great!

    I've had people tell me it looks like I"m losing as well. Like you, I didn't see the difference either.
