32 pounds gone! (with pics)

I posted this on my personal page, but what can I say, I've been working my butt off and wanted to AW the pictures here too :)

I have been eating paleo since January and doing CrossFit since 2010 (with a break to have a baby in 2011). I will say diet has SO MUCH to do with weight loss, way more than just exercising. I have been doing CF a long time, but once I went paleo the weight REALLY started coming off.

I was 176 in this picture and now I'm 157.6. I can't wait to drop the last 20 pounds and this "after" picture will become my "before!"

    1. Find an activity you LOVE (for me, it's CF)
    2. Find some accountability (a lot of people at our gym eat paleo and my husband is on board with me 110%)
    3. Abs are made in the kitchen! No amount of working out is going to undo your bad food choices.
    4. Start to try to understand your cravings and WHY you want to eat certain foods (still working on this one!).
